If you are a young person looking for something more than a quiet life, then you might consider Toul Tom Poung. Sounds bit unbelievable, but only a few years ago there wasn’t much to see in this area. However, once the city started expanding, Toul Tom Poung has been in the focus of many real estate investors. Nowadays, it is overflown with bars, restaurants, coffee shops, condos, villas, and western style houses.
Tonle Bassac and the Russian Market district are also very popular with young folks. Both areas are very dynamic, full of tourists and local folks looking for entertainment. There are even bars that are open around the clock. Tonle Bassac is undergoing a major rehaul as the real estate investments are counted in billions. At the same time, there are parts where there is no ongoing construction or anything like that. This neighboorhood is also known for its hipster street where you can find all sorts of bars and night clubs.

If money is not an issue, then Riverside is where you want to go as it has the best of everything. Best homes, best restaurants, best coffee shops, and so on, you get the picture. At the same time, it has the highest rents and prices per square foot. Many of the homes and apartments are located at the waterfront and come with a stunning view.
